New Website FAQ

Welcome to the new and improved Province Apothecary! We have launched a new global website in order to serve all of our customers worldwide in one place.

Why can’t I login to my account?

Our new website is on a separate platform from our previous sites and for security reasons we can only migrate customer records, not accounts. If you haven’t yet activated your account on this new website, please do so here using the same email address that you used on our old website(s). If you have already activated your account on our new website, please try resetting your password and get in touch with us if you continue to have issues.

Why do I need to create a new account?

Because passwords are encrypted, you can't migrate customer passwords from one Shopify store to another. As a result, only customer records are migrated to Shopify instead of customer accounts.

Do I need to change my password?

You can use any password you like (new or the same as your account on the old site) when you activate your account.

Will I be able to access my order history from the website(s)?

Yes! All customer records have been migrated to the new store. Please activated your account using the same email address you used on our old store. Once your account has been activated all of your order history will be available in your account.

Will my Gift Card(s) from the old website(s) be valid on the new website?

Yes! All existing gift cards are valid on the new site. However, because Shopify Gift Cards are non-transferable we have issued new Gift Cards codes for all customers with a Gift Card balance that can be used on the new website. If you didn't receive your new Gift Card by email, please reach out and we can assist you.

Will my loyalty points from the old website(s) transfer to the new website?

Yes! We have migrated all customer loyalty points to the new website. After activating your account on this website, you’ll be able to view your Loyalty points by clicking the "View My Rewards" button on your Account page

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
