The long weekend is fast approaching and it looks like we'll have sunny skies and warm weather! I know what i'll be bringing to the park with me - this delicious + simple dairy free alternative to ice cream! Packed with healthy fats and antioxidants, it's a treat you can feel good about.

Kiwi Avocado Sorbet recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup filtered water1/2 tsp sea salt
2 large sized ripe avocadosMix water, sugar and salt in a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil for 2 minutes, then remove. *This can be made in advance and kept in the fridge (Simple Syrup)
Place blended mixture in the fridge until it is really cold, and then place in your ice cream maker.
*If you don't have an ice cream maker, place it in the fridge and be sure to mix it up every hour or so*
