Exfoliating Fruit Mask
Ingredients
1” cube papaya
1” cube pineapple
1 strawberry
1 tsp honey
1-3 tsp plain yogurt (optional)
Gather all ingredients for the mask.
Wash and de-leaf strawberries; cube papaya and pineapple. Puree strawberries, papaya, and pineapple together in a food processor or mash with a fork. Mix in remaining ingredients. Add more yogurt or exfoliator as needed to get the right mask consistency.
Cleanse your face; remove all dirt and make-up. Apply mask to your face, neck, and decollete. (Any leftover mask will last up to a week in your fridge.) Relax and leave on for 10 minutes*.
Remove mask with a damp lukewarm face cloth and follow with your favorite serum or moisturizer. Repeat weekly.
*If you have sensitive skin, leave on for 5 minutes to avoid irritation.
