I love baking and since discovering I am sensitive to eggs through an IGG test (eggs cause my eczema to flare up), I have been avoiding them and trying to replace them with whatever works.
I wish I had this amazing guide Sophie put together a few months ago, my cookies would have been way better!
She suggests using Chickpea Water, Banana, Apple Sauce, Flax Seed, Chia Seed, Yogurt, Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda, Arrowroot Powder, Chickpea Flour.
