Turmeric + Honey Spot Treatment

Turmeric is naturally anti-inflammatory, anti-septic, + highly effective at healing wounds, scars, reducing redness and acne blemishes. Use this homemade spot treatment daily or as often as needed on affected areas.

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp turmeric powder with a few drops of local organic honey (enough to make a paste).
  2. Apply the paste directly onto affected areas (acne/blemishes).
