DIY Fresh Ginger Salt Scrub May 26 2016


Ginger is high in antioxidants, making it a great resource for anti-aging. It soothes burns, clears acne and blemishes, and heals inflammation. Ginger also reduces the appearance of scarring and hypo pigmentation. Lemon is naturally astringent, detoxifying and clarifying. Use a fresh organic lemon and squeeze the juice from it for amazing benefits!

It's important to scrub our entire bodies instead of just focusing on the face. When dead skin cells accumulate on the surface and we are not regularly sloughing them off, it leads to dry, itchy and scaly skin. During the warmer months, scrub away excess dirt, oil and impart a smooth surface for an even, glowing tan!
