I started meditation 8 years ago and it has been a big part of my life. I have to admit I no longer have a regular practice but I always add it back into my life when I am free stressed, in need of some self-care and when I have big ideas/issues to figure out. I originally learn transcendental meditation when I lived in NYC. Now I practice different meditations depending on how I feel. I love guided and silent meditations lately.
This week I started doing the 21 Day meditation experience: Become what you believe by Deepka Chopra and I urge you to give it a try> It is an easy way to learn how to meditate or expanding your meditation practice.
