BREATH

Begin each day with breath

Even if you sit up in bed, before anything else, calm and clear

it sets the tone for your day

slowly breathe in and out the nose

place left hand in heart to feel how your heart beat responds

as your breath slows, your heart will calm

this is living in a synchronized state

At any time you fall out of synch
