It's the one-year anniversary of our move to the Dundas West neighbourhood! Our new Toronto neighbourhood has captured our hearts and it is home to amazing coffee shops, restaurants, clothing stores and more.
Considered a part of 'Little Portugal', our west end neighbourhood is an eclectic mix of old-world and new, resulting in a unique community of independent businesses. Province Apothecary founder Julie has lived in Little Portugal since 2010, and a lot has changed in that time. It's been so exciting to see this area grow while still maintaining a connection to it's original residents!
We wanted to share some of our favourite places on Dundas West as a guide for exploring the neighbourhood. This is just the short-list, we couldn't include everyone but we encourage you to discover everything Little Portugal has to offer!

Coffee Shops
This shop is right across the street from us! They serve de Mello Palheta coffee as well as offering a selection of indoor plants, surrounded by instagram-worthy interior design.
Cygnet
This elegant coffee shop has replaced a letterpress shop on Dundas West! If you are looking for a great cup of coffee made from Hale Coffee Company beans, stop by this laid-back gem.
Walk into this colourful and cool coffee bar for a cup of Pilot coffee. Check it out if you love delicious direct-trade coffee roasted in Toronto. We suggest the coconut iced latte!
Food + Drinks
If you are looking for the best Brunch, this is the place! They also satisfy your snack and dinner needs with everything from burgers to oysters, plus amazing cocktails.
