With all of the planning you will be carrying out for your wedding day, it’s crucial to remember to take care of a very important component – YOU. As you get ready for your special day, part of the planning process should include some personal moments to take care of your own health and wellbeing.

Natural skincare tips from Julie + Cassandra
We suggest booking facials 3-6 months before your wedding to see the most benefits for your skin. Start out with a 60min Custom Facial then speak with your holistic aesthetician about what ongoing facial options work best for you. This facial program will allow us to set you up with the best routine for your skin, and teach you any new steps and techniques we think will benefit your skin. Each facial will detoxify, tone and prompt circulation which will nourish and heal your skin. Let us guide you to glowing skin for your big day!
Your last facial should be 2 weeks before your wedding. If you are not prone to breakouts, you can have your last facial as early as a week before your wedding.
In the weeks leading up to your wedding day, take some time every morning to follow our Natural Facelift Ritual. This relaxing self-care ritual will gently lift and tone your skin, while adding radiance and a youthful glow.
Keep your skin well hydrated the few weeks before your wedding.
Moisturize and protect your skin daily with our face serum and moisturizer. Exfoliate every 3 days, adding a face mask to your routine once weekly, such as our nourishing DIY Spring Detox Face Mask.

Steps for Wedding Week
Make sleep a priority. Beauty sleep is real! Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep for the week leading up to your wedding. Uninterrupted, deep sleep helps heal your skin, regulate your hormones, reduce stress and so much more.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water or herbal tea daily - in general - and especially before your wedding.
Create stress reducing rituals. Write, meditate, walk, sing, laugh, exercise - do whatever works for you to help relax and let go of the stress often associated with wedding planning.
LOVE YOUR SKIN. When you look at yourself in the mirror each morning, focus on what you love about yourself. We sabotage our self esteem by thinking of the worst, so just don't let your mind go there. Envision the skin you would like on your big day, while accepting any current concerns you may have, and truly love the skin you’re in.
