My Favourite Green Smoothie April 09 2021

Green smoothie ingredients in a blender: celery, parsley, lime, avocado, ginger, pineapple, flax seeds and chia seeds

I'm so inspired by the shifting seasons and this beautiful weather we've been having. I know in Toronto this weather is fleeting so I wanted to seize the opportunity and make something special. This super green, bright, dreamy smoothie is made with a handful of ingredients and will definitely add a bit of springtime pep to your day. 


2 handfuls of spinach 

1/8 cup parsley

1" piece of ginger

1 lime peeled

1/2 cup pineapple

1/4 avocado

1-2 stalks of celery

2 cups of water or coconut water

Optional additions: 

chia seeds, ground flax seed, hemp hearts or protein powder

Directions: Blend everyone together and enjoy!
