Gingerbread Bombs

These vegan and gluten-free super simple holiday treats are full of delicious ingredients and are quick and easy to make.

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 Tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 2 Tbsp molasses

Optional sugar coating

  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp ginger powder


  1. To prepare, soak dates in hot water for 15 minutes to soften. Add oats and spices to a food processor and pulse until a fine powder forms.
  2. Add your dates and blend until combined. Then add hemp hearts and molasses.
  3. Roll into balls and dust with optional sugar coating.
  4. Chill these in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy! Store in fridge for up to one week!
