Tahini Hot Chocolate by Holistic Nutritionist by Fran Allen December 22 2020
- 2 cups of milk of your choice
- 3 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp cacao
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Marshmallows, toasted sesame seeds, whip cream or shaved chocolate to garnish if you like.
- Add milk, tahini and maple syrup to a small sauce pan on medium heat. Whisk until tahini is fully melted.
- Then add your cacao, maple syrup, cinnamon and sea salt. Whisk until fully warmed through. Taste and add more syrup if you like.
- Transfer hot chocolate into cups and top with whatever you like and enjoy!
