How to Use

  • Scan the QR on your product package for a quick how-to tutorial and additional info
  • Always prep the skin with plenty of serum in order to help the cups glide smoothly over the skin
  • Always use a mirror so you can see where you are directing the cups and how much suction you are using
  • Always keep the cups moving, do not let the cups sit on the skin as this can cause slight temporary bruising/redness
  • Use a light amount of suction, the cups are most effective with light suction so they can glide smoothly. *Bruising can be avoided by keeping the cups moving at all times and using light pressure. The goal is not to bruise your skin.

  • Wash your facial cups after each use with warm water and natural soap. Place on a cloth to air dry.

How Facial Cupping Works

Using the silicone cups on your face creates a gentle suction effect. This suction pulls blood and nutrients from the deepest layers of the skin, to the surface. This stimulates your skin and leaves you with a refreshed glow. This gentle suction also helps to drain lymph nodes and increases the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the skin. This microtrauma helps to encourage your body’s healing response sending platelets, white blood cells, and other healing and inflammatory responses to affected areas. This is great for areas with more stagnation like fine lines, uneven tone and dullness.

When to use facial cups

We suggest using our facial cups once a day, either in the morning or at night, when you have time in your routine. If you have sensitive skin, use the cups 1-2 a week only, as not to over stimulate the skin. Watch our how-to video for our full Facial Cupping Ritual.

    Feels good, relieves tension

    My first set of facial cups, they have been a positive experience. I am sometimes concerned about the amount of suction with the large cup, but ensure I am using enough oil. Any redness disappears within minutes. Having fluid accumulation around my eyes, I have used the small cup for this but do not notice any major changes. Great modality to accompany regular facial massage.

    Very relaxing and fun!

    These cups are very fun! It feels sooo relaxing to glide them along my jaw and around my eyes, and the suction is quite light. I've only been using them for a month, about 2x per week as I have sensitive skin, but have definitely noticed a difference in the appearance of my skin, with a decrease in puffiness and a light lift around the eyes. It takes a little while to get comfortable using them, but once you do, it's very satisfying. LOVE this product PA!

    soothing and effective

    These cups are great and are now part of my regular skin care routine. They are extremely effective in increasing blood flow, decreasing puffiness and increasing lymphatic drainage, and the process releases facial tension and feels like a face massage. I find cupping over my lips has helped to plump my lip area. I was so excited about them that I used them on my partner and a few friends to get them on the bandwagon. Highly recommend.

    Love it

    I love this product works exactly as it describes I have tried many many products with no rest Ulta and got offer to try this and I’m glad I did cause I do t think I woulda tried i definitely recommend giving a try
